Founder a protected the initial roads but let other people install around.
While the city might have initially been intended to attract people without atmospheric landing privilege, to park or show their spaceships, other citizens also settled there and built fixed constructions. Without an imposed urban plan, the city is a disparate assemblage of constructions of different style and type, which may change over time.
Notable fixed buildings are Cyriax's constructions, including a large dragonfly and several floating mansions.
In July 2021, Gorlock, claiming that "Tropospheria is no longer a sky city (only)", built Fantasy-under-Tropospheria right below Tropospheria, connecting the ground surface to the town via Cyriax's "Helix Stair" (The houses are in a style similar to the House-on-Wheels.) It is also reported he had a part in bees invading a small space between two platforms in the town.
