Priv protector
Protector that checks the diggers privilege. Useful for public areas where the players are not known beforehand.
Builtin privs
Builtin privs especially for the priv-protector:
- protect_streets (public streets)
- protect_rails (public rails)
- protect_public_places (public places, townhall, etc)
- protect_public_infrastructure (public infrastructure: pipes, cables, etc)
- protect_technic_city_infra (priv for Technic_City infrastructure)
