Description
Overflow tubes are teleporting tubes from Pipeworks mod, used to donate materials you don't need. Everyone can get some for their projects if they configure tubes with a proper names and allow these to receive materials.
The format for those tubes is: mod.item_name, for example, default.cobble.
Public Overflow Storage (POS)
There is a place maintained by SwissalpS for buffering public overflow contents.
The main goal is to have a receiver active to avoid your sender tubes from breaking.
Overflow of the overflow goes to channel '/dev/null'.
Most items are cached in unlocked chests for public access. Cobble is not available to public from chests.
